Questions we get asked
How long does an install take?
Most office installs happen in one visit, 2 to 4 weeks after the plan is approved, depending on plant availability.
Do you need a care plan?
No, but plants on a care plan are covered by our replacement guarantee.
Can you get very large trees into the building?
Yes. We check access, elevators and doors during the walkthrough and plan the delivery around them.
